The Townhouse has a large comfortable lounge with a 3-seater sofa, occasional furniture, Smart TV. enjoy a cosy log fire (initial starter pack provided) whilst watching your favourite film. The house is also centrally heated throughout.
The spacious kitchen has modern facilities including electric oven/grill and gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment together with dining table and chairs. Enjoy cooking, dining and having a glass of wine in the spacious kitchen with dining area. Open the French doors into the wonderful garden area which has seating and a table together with a firepit and BBQ, Cook alfresco whilst loading the firepit with logs and enjoying the outside atmosphere.
No 1 Brook Street has a very appealing and comfy king size bed (you won’t want to get out) and provides bedside tables, clothes rail and storage. In the bathroom there is a shower, bath WC and washbasin.
There is WIFI available throughout the house and bed linen/ towels and robes are provided for your comfort. The property welcomes pets (maximum 2 ) so that they can have a holiday too, they will enjoy the walks available in and around the surrounding area.
We can also arrange on request a sofa/put up bed which would be situated in the lounge if you are bringing a child (only 2 adults max). A travel cot and high chair is also available.
