Enter through the front door into the hallway, an open plan kitchen/dining area awaits, the kitchen consists of 2 oven/grills, electric hobs, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and other appliances. 
The Dining area has a large dining table with 8 chairs, electric log burner, TV for games only, beer fridge, Bluetooth speaker, books, games, and jigsaws.
From the kitchen area you enter a utility room which has a washing machine, dryer, sink unit, iron and ironing board, a rear door takes you to a small rear courtyard with washing lines and bin area. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom which houses a WC, wash basin, cot, and highchair.  
From the hall are stairs to an in between floor where you will find bathroom 1 which consists of bath, shower, WC, washbasin, heated towel rail, continue to the first floor where you will find a lounge with sofa, armchairs, electric fire, TV, DVD, with DVD’s, on this floor you will also find a large double bedroom which is ensuite and has bath, shower, WC, washbasin. A single bedroom with a wash basin is also on this first floor.
Continuing upstairs, again to another in-between floor where you will find another bathroom which consists of a shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. From this landing here continue to the second floor, on this floor you will find another 2 double bedrooms both with washbasins, the front bedroom has sea views, there is also a further single bedroom with sea view which also has a washbasin.
2 Dogs are welcome to stay at the property (not to go on furniture or in bedrooms please). There is parking for 1 car at the property and is located outside the garage (not in use), there is also further parking across the road (subject to availability as vehicles come and go). 
New to the property is a large balcony with a glass balustrade and offers an ideal location to sit and relax whilst taking in the views, table and seating are provided for your comfort to soak up the rays, have a drink and relax.
1 Trefeddian Terrace is located very close to the Trefeddian Hotel on the main road to Tywyn, it has views over the Golf Course and Aberdovey’s famous sand dunes.
Wi-Fi is provided for you (signal strength can differ) together with bed linen and towels.
