Bed linen and towels are included for your comfort and the property is centrally heated throughout. Arfyn is located within easy walking distance of Aberdovey Railway Station and Aberdovey Golf Club. A short walk also takes you to the Bowling Green, Tennis Courts, Mini Golf and the Football playing fields, a few minutes more and you are on the beach and in the village centre.

We very much welcome Arfryn to our Aberdovey collection of holiday properties. Situated in a perfect location just off the village centre at Gwelfor Road, this is a property with the ‘VIEWS’ and is south facing, ideal for long sunny Aberdovey days. Arfryn has 4 double bedrooms and a single bedroom comfortably sleeping up to 10 people.
Arfryn has an impressive entrance into a beamed hallway with various rooms leading from. Go left into the first lounge which has breathtaking panoramic views over to Ynyslas, Aberystwyth, Borth and out to sea, you will not want to leave this lounge, it has plenty of comfy sofas, armchairs, TV and leads into a second lounge with even more comfy sofas. It has French Windows which lead to the side patios, it is very much open plan and from this lounge you takes you to the large kitchen and family dining area with tables and chairs.
The large family kitchen is well equipped with oven, grill and hobs, fridge, a separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc, there is also a breakfast/serving bar with bar stools. From the kitchen there is access to the large utility room which has a washing machine, WC and is ideal if you want to store your wetsuits, surf boards, bicycles, golf clubs etc. You will enjoy creating your meals etc in the comfy surrounds and facilities available.
From the kitchen/dining area and following the room left to the hallway there is a separate bathroom with WC and washbasin, from the hallway is the large study– ideal if you want to do some work whilst away, there is a desk, with comfortable sofa /armchair and TV, as the office sits at the front of the property it benefits from the super views Arfryn has.
On this ground floor are 2 double bedrooms, the main double bedroom at the front again offers the superb views available, this bedroom has a Kingsize bed, sofa, armchair, wardrobes and bedside tables, the second double bedroom on the ground floor has side windows, wardrobe, bedside tables. This floor also has a family bathroom with large power shower his and hers washbasins, WC and heated towel rail.
Going back to the entrance hall and going up the stairs (12) takes you to the bedrooms in the dormer part of the bungalow, here are 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds . The largest of these double bedrooms is front facing again offering ‘the views’ and has a wardrobe, wicker chair, a table with chair and bedside tables. On this floor is also a second family bathroom with electric shower, WC, washbasin and 2 heated towel rails.
Arfryn benefits from lots of space and the garden areas are no exception, relax on the south facing front patio (receives the sun all through the day) with maybe a cup of coffee or something a little stronger whilst taking in those breath-taking views, there is also a side patio again with extensive views, below the front patio is also a lawned area. There are also extensive gardens at the rear of the property but are on a steep incline and will not be currently accessible to guests, there is also a detached garage available for convenient bike storage by arrangement only, (please note that bikes would be left at owners risk).
The property is a well-appointed and a comfortable home from home holiday accommodation and will suit families and couples looking for peace and quiet, Arfyn is only a short walk from Aberdovey Railway Station and Aberdovey Golf Club, close by is the Bowling Green which also has Tennis Courts, Mini Golf and the Football playing fields, a few minutes more and you are on the beach and in the village centre. The property is well suited for Families, Couples, Ramblers, Cyclists and Golfers.
The property is gas centrally heated throughout and will be extremely cosy on out of season holiday dates and looks forward to welcoming you.
There are 3 private parking spaces on the private driveway immediately in front of the house, further parking is also available close by but please do not park in front of neighbouring properties on the private driveway. Arfryn provides all your bed linen and towels together with WIFI
