Erw Porthor is a very tranquil location and home to amazing wildlife, surrounded by mountains and woodland with magnificent views. Golygfa’r Cwm is an attractive chalet set deep in the valley and ideally situated for bird watching, hiking, fishing, walking, horse riding and golfing. The Chalet is 2 bedroomed and sleeps up to 4 people, pets are very welcome.

Welcome to the 'View of the Valley' Chalet at Erw Porthor, Happy Valley
The countryside is right on your doorstep with both the Mawddach and Dyfi estuaries offering a host of natural beauties nearby. There are miles of coastal, and hillside walks for all age groups. With the scenic 'Bird Rock' (Craig Aderyn) and Cader Idris less than a 30-minute drive away, here you can enjoy the most fantastic walks, hikes or if you don't fancy too much exercise just marvelling at the views.
Golygfa’r Cwm is an ideal setting for beach lovers, sunseekers, walkers, hikers, birdwatchers or just for taking in the breath-taking scenery.
Situated in the scenic Dysynni Valley with the stunning backdrop of Snowdonia National Park, Tywyn is just a 5-minute drive away - home to the famous Talyllyn narrow gauge railway and overlooking panoramic views of Cardigan Bay - it is a famous historical retreat and the perfect holiday destination. Tywyn has a lovely beach where you can soak up the peace and solitude, admire the incredible sunsets and hopefully watch the dolphins swimming in the bay.
The quaint Harbour village of Aberdovey is approximately a10 minute drive away - renowned for its beautiful sandy beach and 18-hole champion golf course you are never far away from shops, the seaside and local entertainment.
This attractive chalet with 2 bedrooms comfortably sleeps 4 guests. We also offer a travel cot and highchair if requested at no extra cost. Pets are welcome also at no extra cost.
Parking is provided with your own parking space.
The chalet has a welcoming lounge with comfortable settees and a dining area.
There are books, games and a TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped for your stay, and an iron and ironing board is provided.
There is a shower room with WC and washbasin.
The chalet has a conservatory with windows on 3 sides and has a sofa and coffee table allowing you to relax in your own space and take in the wonderful scenery.
WIFI, bedding, towels and cleaning ‘things’ are all provided, up to 3 small pets are very welcome at this chalet.
