Ivy House apartment has 3 bedrooms and is ideal for families wanting to be close to Aberdovey’s amenities and near the water. It is only 50 yards to the village centre and a 100 yards to the Yacht Club and Aberdovey’s glorious sandy beach. Aberdovey’s shops, pubs, and restaurants are all within close walking distance.
The comfortable apartment with estuary/sea views is located within Ivy House, an imposing Victorian seafront property. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 double and one twin (2 single beds) The apartment has its own private entrance from Church Street which is accessed via the rear garden which does has a slope with steps. There are further steps which lead up to the apartment from the entrance.
The large kitchen has a dining table and chairs and is equipped with oven, grill, hobs, extractor fan, toaster, kettle together with a microwave and a fridge with large freezer compartment. At the front of the property is a lounge and dining area with large windows providing breath-taking views across the estuary. It has a comfortable sofa and armchairs together with window seats for you to enjoy the vistas. The dining area has large table with chairs, benches, and seats six comfortably.
There are stairs to the second floor of the apartment where the bedrooms and bathroom are located. The double and twin (2 single beds) rooms at the front of the property enjoy the sea views. To the rear of the apartment, overlooking the garden and Church Street, is bedroom 3 which is double room. There is also a large bathroom on this floor which consists of shower, WC, and washbasin. The apartment is centrally heated throughout. Bed Linen, towels, parking pass and WIFI are all provided for your convenience.
