Aberdovey Breaks welcomes you to Mariner’s View

Mariner’s View is a delightful Georgian terraced house with amazing views over Church Bay, the Dyfi estuary, and out to sea.
Set in an elevated position off Terrace Road, offering families and couples lovely “home from home” accommodation.
The property is away from the crowds, making it the perfect coastal retreat.The house is light and airy and has 3 bedrooms; 2 double beds  and 1 King sized bed. (2 of the bedrooms have breathtaking sea views; the sea is 50 metres away) Mariner’s View welcomes one four legged friend, with a second one on request.Mariner’s View is ideal for holidays all year round; it is centrally heated throughout, and has a gas log fire in the lounge. The house is professionally  cleaned before your visit; linen and towels are provided for your comfort.If you have young children or are bringing a pet, there are stair gates on all floors to help.

Bedrooms:
On the first floor you will find;

• Main Bedroom: A large bedroom with a king sized bed with
    spectacular sea views.
  

• Bedroom 2: A comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a washbasin.
  

• Bedroom 3: This is a real delight - the  top floor bedroom with    fantastic sea views, a double bed and an ensuite with a shower, washbasin, WC and towel rail.
  

Bathrooms:
As well as the ensuite in bedroom 3, there is a family bathroom on the first floor with a bath, shower over bath,WC, washbasin and towel rail.

Living Spaces:
Mariner’s View benefits from an open plan lounge. There are 2 leather sofas, another 2 seater fabric sofa, other occasional furniture, a Smart TV and DVD player together with a gas log fire. The dining area has a dining table, six chairs and looks forward to welcoming you to dinner. There are DVD’s, books and board games.
From the lounge/dining area is the kitchen with a double oven, hob, grill and microwave. There is also a toaster, kettle, and dishwasher. The utility area has a fridge freezer and a washing machine.

Outdoor Space:
Step outside to a shared sun soaked gated terrace with seating. There are wonderful views from this sunny sea facing terrace.

Parking:
A parking pass is provided for you to park FREE in Aberdovey’s main car parks. Please note that you are unable to park outside the property as it is on an elevated terrace. The easiest option is to park at the bottom of the well maintained public footpath on Terrace Road, unload your car here, and then park either on the sea front or in a carpark. Walk up to the property from Terrace Road along the zig zag slope. The access is unsuitable for anyone with restricted mobility.

Local Area:
Mariner’s View is just a short walk into the village centre with its shops, pubs and restaurants. The beach, sand dunes, golf course tennis courts, croquet and putting green are all in easy walking distance. Aberdovey railway station is a 10 minutes walk, and Penhelig railway station which is  a request stop is a 5 minutes walk.
The property is ideally situated to explore the local area and further afield, including Cadet Idris, Tal-y-Llyn lake, the famous Talyllyn Steam Railway and so much more. Maybe you want to soak up the coastal charm of Tywyn and Aberdovey, or simply enjoy a peaceful retreat with family and friends. Mariner’s View is a great choice for your next Aberdovey Break.
