Upstairs the Barn has 2 double bedrooms with bedroom furniture and velux windows together with a family bathroom with bath, over bath shower, WC and washbasin 
On the ground floor is an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with a fantastic fireplace with log burner (ideal for those cosy evenings), The lounge area consists of a 2-seater leather sofa and 2 armchairs, occasional furniture with a Smart TV for you to enjoy. The dining area sits in front of floor to ceiling window which offers views of the garden and stream, it has a dining table and 4 chairs. The kitchen has oven, grill, hobs together with fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher.  
Outside in the garden there is garden seating for you to enjoy the rural atmosphere, have a family BBQ and enjoy the sheer delights of the surroundings, relax in the splendour of the countryside, you will be not disappointed 
Included for your use is full WIFI, bed linen and towels, a BBQ with Charcoal, logs and firelighters for the log burner, a Wine and Cake Welcome pack, there is also a washing machine, iron/ironing board
