On the first floor, you’ll find:

• Main Bedroom: A large, king-size bedroom with spectacular sea views and an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath, shower, WC, and washbasin.
  

• Bedroom 2: A comfortable double bedroom with its own washbasin.
  

• Bedroom 3: Another double bedroom, complete with an en-suite shower and WC.
  

• Bedroom 4: A spacious double bedroom with magnificent sea views.
  

On the second floor:

• Bedroom 5: A charming children’s twin room with a single bed and a rollaway single bed.
  

Bathrooms:
There are 2 family bathrooms

• Bathroom 1 is located on the first floor and has a bath, shower, WC and washbasin
  

• Bathroom 2 is located on the second floor and has a Shower, WC, washbasin.
  

Living Spaces:
The heart of Morwel is the expansive open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen with sea views. With a leather sofa and other occasional furniture, dining table and seating for 10 this space is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The kitchen boasts a large Rangemaster oven, 5 induction hobs, a Bosh coffee maker, and a range of appliances, plus a separate utility room with a sink, washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer. There is also a separate room with WC and for drying wetsuits etc.For quieter moments, a second lounge with sofas, occasional furniture, a wall-mounted TV, and more stunning sea views provides a cosy retreat. For those needing to catch up on work, the first-floor landing includes a desk space.

Outdoor Space:
Step outside to a large, sun-soaked terrace, complete with a glass balustrade and outdoor furniture. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the sweeping coastal views and Aberdovey sunset. A rear courtyard is also accessible from the lounge and kitchen area, offering additional outdoor space.

Parking:
There are roadside parking spaces for two vehicles at the bottom of the steps leading up to the property.

Morwel is just a short walk into the village centre and all of its amenities, the beach, sand dunes, the famous Aberdovey Golf course, mini golf, putting green, tennis courts, croquet and bowling green are just a few minutes’ walk away, equally Aberdovey Railway Station is less than a 5-minute walk.  The property is ideally located to explore the local area and further afield including Cader Idris, Tal-y- Lynn Lake, the famous Talyllyn Steam Railway and much more, maybe you wish to hike the scenic trails of Snowdonia, soak up the coastal charm of Tywyn and Aberdovey, or simply enjoy a luxurious peaceful retreat with family and friends, Morwel is the perfect base for your next Aberdovey Break.
