The dining room has a large dining table with chairs and benefits from lovely sea views, it has various furniture together with a TV. On this floor is also the utility room with a separate WC and washbasin, 2 washing machines and further fridge and freezer.
From the hallway takes you to the first floor where there is a large bathroom with slipper bath, there is a well-furnished double bedroom and the splendid sitting room which you will not want to leave, in the sitting room there are various comfortable sofas and other lovely furnishings including a TV, there are 2 bay windows with armchairs to sit and admire the fantastic views, this sitting room provides a fantastic family get together area.
Stairs to the second floor where halfway up you will find French doors which lead out to the magnificent, south facing tiered garden with sea views. Garden furniture is available for your comfort and use.
