Downstairs WC & Laundry

At the rear of the kitchen, a door leads to a convenient downstairs WC, sink, and a dedicated laundry space featuring a washing machine, separate tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. This area also includes a walk-in shower cubicle — perfect for rinsing off sandy wetsuits after a day on Aberdovey’s golden beach.

Bedroom 1 – First Floor:

Situated at the rear of the property, this generously sized, high-ceilinged bedroom features a double bed, dresser with mirror, drawers and a spacious en suite with a large shower, toilet, and wash basin. This room also has electric black out blinds.

Lounge – First Floor:

A bright and elegant second lounge offering a large sofa, Smart TV, electric fire, and French doors that open to truly stunning panoramic sea views over the glass Juliette balcony — the perfect place to unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink.

Landing - First Floor:

Built in desk space and cupboards housing an array of games to play, this workspace has stunning estuary views.

Bathroom – Second Floor

A large and beautifully finished bathroom with underfloor heating, twin sinks, a spacious bath, and a separate shower — ideal for indulgent relaxation.

Bedroom 2 – Second Floor:

A generous, stylish bedroom with king size bed complete with dresser, drawers, Smart TV, and French doors framing breathtaking estuary views over the glass Juliette balcony. This room also has electric blackout blinds.

Landing - Second Floor:

Built in wardrobes and dressing table with electric light up mirror perfect for getting ready to explore the local hospitality on offer.

Bedroom 3 – Third Floor:

A charming king-size bedroom with dresser, drawers, and scenic sea views (without French doors), offering a peaceful escape under the eaves. This bedroom has electric black out blinds.

Bedroom 4 – Third Floor:

Located at the rear of the property, this versatile bedroom includes two single beds with a rollaway bed stored beneath one. Perfect for adults and children alike, the rollaway bed is full size and  suitable for children and adults alike. There are also drawers and hanging space.

Bathroom 2 – Third Floor:

A contemporary bathroom featuring a toilet, sink, and a walk-in electric shower.
