The sofa in the lounge pulls out to make another double bed. The caravan offers comfortable modern caravan holiday accommodation for families and couples alike. The caravan is centrally heated throughout and also has an electric fire in the lounge. It has an open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge which leads on to a decked patio area with seating, Bed linen and towels are included. Short breaks are available at certain times of the year.

Suiting families and couples it boasts 2 bedrooms of which there is 1 double ensuite (toilet and washbasin) together with a twin bedroom, the lounge has a pull-out sofa bed which will sleep another adult or 2 small children.
The family bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.
The caravan benefits from an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen having modern facilities consisting of fridge and separate freezer, integrated microwave, gas oven with grill, 4 hobs, with extractor fan, Toaster, Kettle, Krupps Coffee Machine, there is also a dining area with table and chairs.
The lounge has a large L shaped Sofa (converts into a double bed if required) together with electric fire, 50-inch Smart TV and other occasional furniture, there are double doors onto the decked patio with garden furniture offering rural and mountain views.
The caravan has gas central heating, private WIFI is available throughout the caravan, bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
Woodlands Holiday Park facilities are available to guests (subject to availability) together with the Park’s public parking being only a few minutes’ walk from the Caravan.
The town/resort of Tywyn with its beach, sea front and famous Tallylynn Steam Railway is less than a 10 minutes’ drive away with Aberdovey and its beach and water sports facilities a further 10 minute drive. Cader Idris Wales second largest mountain is only a 15-minute drive away.
The caravan is ideal for families and couples looking for a family holiday property in a rural and peaceful location and wanting to be in Snowdonia National Park.,
